Starting at London’s South Bank in 2011, Soapbox Science has grown into an annual event hosted by 40 cities in 8 countries across the world. Since 2015, 59 fantastic female scientists have taken to the podium in Exeter, bringing their incredible frontline research out of the lab and onto the pavement.

Soapbox Science aims to eliminate gender inequality in the sciences by increasing the visibility of Women in Science, and growing public access to the best active scientific research.
